Part Time Customer Care Advisor
Looking for a new career? We are searching for an enthusiastic caring part time Customer Care Advisor to join our friendly, well established team at Rhyd Broughton.
The ideal candidate is a people person who understands the concerns of pet owners whilst offering excellent front of house service in a busy, fast paced environment, ideally they will have a customer care background. They must be reliable, flexible and conscientious and experience with MS Office programmes would be an advantage. Full training for this rewarding post will be given with a focus on future training and development.
Approximately 20 hours per week (plus holiday cover) Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays on a rota basis. Initially hours will be evening and Saturday morning shifts.
